10 reason why you could use C++ for your next Gnome application
As of today, Gnome allow developers to use a wide variety of programming language to write the next generation of free software application. Each of these languages have their advantages and their inconvients, being C, Python, C#, Java and C++.
I will expose what C++ can give you for solving practical problem caused in application development by various solutions available. The topic will include object oriented programing, reusability, resource management, etc.
This talk is aimed at developers who wish to learn about other solutions for developing application on Gnome, either beginner developers or advanced developer that don't use C++.

GUADEC is a unique forum that highlighs the capabilities and direction of GNOME - the user environment for desktop computers, networked servers and portable Internet devices. GUADEC also features meaningful discussions of the future direction of Free Software and Open Source development in general.
